  Went to C2C Stevenage Sunday night
  Greeted on arrival and a nice atmosphere
  Ordered a Sam Adams at the bar and very nice bar man
  seated at our booth which was an odd shape but comfortable (7 in our party)
  Huge Menu - it would transpire they are Jack of all trades master of none!
  Starters - Lincoln Big Sharer platter which was supposed to be enough for 4 people (£18 it was satisfactory for 3) BBQ platter (£17 adequate for 2) 1x New york strip (we thought that meant 1 portion not literally 1 strip!!!)
  Main Meals - very over priced - Burger ok - Ranch Salad they forgot to put the goats cheese on (had to send it back and by the time it came back out most my party had finished) - Pulled pork sandwich - hugely over priced (my friend said he would have got 2 footlongs at subway for less money and better quality) - Pizza - didn't have any pineapple so had to change there choice (looked like a standard pizza nothing at all special) - Pizza Pie (no complaints) - Jamalaya - £13-£14 was hardly enough for a toddler let alone a full grown adult. (Onion Rings £4 and they looked and tasted like Icelands frozen range).
  Overall very overpriced for what is very average food
  however we did think the service was very good and there was a nice authentic American steak house kind of feel to the place.
  
  UPDATE - Been again last week a group of 6 people as we thought it might have improved... afraid it has got worse, one of my party summed it up by saying "we might as well have gone to Weatherspoons" we would have got similar quality but twice as much for half the price.
  
  £14 for a burger you would think it would be a very good burger, all 5 of my party who had the burger said it was average and not worth the money
  
  Unfortunately again nice atmosphere but a real sense that you are getting ripped off.
  
  UPDATED - went again on a date (definitely not my choice) however it was quite nice and the staff were great. I'd probably go back and try it again.
